According to the season and the weather you can choose the walking route that you prefer and with our guides you can explore different parts of Pelion peninsula.

Meeting point could be your hotel (if you don’t have your own transportation) or at the beginning of our trail.

Climbing Pelion

We meet our guide in the parking place of the restaurant Remvi in Agios Onoufrios Village, 10 min from Volos by car.

From there we take all our climbing equipment and after a 10 min walk we arrive in the famous Block B, a favorite rock for beginners.

With the amazing view of Pagasiticus gulf and Makrinitsa we have a short briefing about the our equipment, our skills and of course our safety.

Finally we start climbing the different routes on the rocks until the sun sets, covering the horizon with an orange-purple color.

It’s time to collect our equipment, discuss about this new experience and organize the next one.

Enjoy kayaking or SUP and recharge your batteries, visiting the best kayaking spots of the Pagasitikos gulf.
Your daily sea kayaking activities can start either from Volos city (Anauros, NOBA) or, from the wonderful and traditional village of Milina. After taking some important knowledge from our instructors, we are ready to safely explore the coastline and the small islands of Alatas and Prasouda.

Rappel and river trekking in Pelion

Located just outside the famous village of Milies, de Chirico bridge (steel structure, 42 m high), is the place where we will start our small “flight” from.
The name of the bridge was given to honor the Italian engineer Evaristo de Chirico, the designer of the railway track in Pelion.
The main feature of the bridge is that the rails doesn’t follow the straight direction of the bridge, but a curved line.
We fix our ropes/lines and it’s time to rappel down the bridge, until the bottom of the small stream named Taxiarchis.
After a small break in order to admire nature, we are ready to start our walk and explore this magnificent place.

Daily Sailing Volos

Explore Pagasitikos Gulf on a sailing boat. Swim, suntan, relax and swim again. Feel free and discover the small islands of the gulf and, especially, the beautiful island of Trikeri.
In this small island we can have a short walk to the old monastery, enjoy a fantastic fish meal next to the sea and, of course try tsipouro, the traditional drink of the area. On our way back, we will be rewarded with the magnificent sunset and the peace of mind that only sea breeze can offer.

2 Day Climbing Mount Olympus 2918m

Mount Olympus is the highest mountain in Greece and was notable in Greek mythology as the home of the Greek gods.
You will be able to admire the rich fauna and flora, since Olympus mountain has been a National Park, the first in Greece since 1938 and it is also a World’s Biosphere Reserve.
Mount Olympus offers a breathtaking view and an experience of a lifetime!

1st day :

We meet our guide in Litochoro square and with our minibus we arrive at Gortsia, from where we begin our hike, at an altitude of 1.120 metres.
The route from Gortsia to Petrostrougka refuge (1.940m) and finally to Platuae of Muses (2680m), is the most frequented hiking path on Mount Olympus.

The first half of the route is through a thick forest of pine, beech and fir trees.

After a small break in the Petrostrougka refuge we continue to Skourta peak (2485m), where the alpine landscape begins, with a stunning view in all directions. It is from this point that a very narrow ridge called Laimos (neck) begins and leads us to Giosos Apostolidis Refuge where we spent our night.

The same day, in the afternoon we hike to Profitis Ilias (2.803 m), to enjoy the amazing sunset view and then dinner at our refuge.
Overnight at the refuge.

Walking time : 5 – 6 hours

2nd day:

We wake up early, enjoy our breakfast with the amazing view of Stefani and according to participants fitness and weather conditions, we climb the main summit – Mytikas (2918m) or Skala (2.882m). After reaching the summit we descent by crossing spectacular precipice under the summit of Stefani – the throne of Zeus (Zonaria) until the main path that leads us to Spilios Agapitos in 2100m altitude, where we have our lunch and relaxing time.

From this point on, the end of our hiking tour is near. Our final destination is Prionia 1100m (2 – 3 hrs walking), from where we are transfered back to Litochoro village.

Walking time: 7 – 8 hours

With it’s rich vegetation and breathtaking view mount Olympus will definitely be a lifetime of experience!

We meet our guide in the square of Litochoro village and continue by car to the Agios Dionysios Monastery. After a 20 minute walk from the Monastery we visit the Agio Spilaio, where Saint Dionysios lived as an ascetic and you can already feel the sanctity of the area.

The route is quite tiring due to the ascents and descents, but the varied geological features, the small lakes with crystal clear waters and the sheer mountain slopes provide a rare beauty and rewards the visitors.

We will have several swimming opportunities in natural river pools before we end the route in Litochoro.

Climbing Meteora

Meteora, literally meaning “suspended in the air”, is a formation of immense monolithic pillars and hills-like huge rounded boulders which dominate the local area.

It is also associated with one of the largest and most precipitously built complexes of Eastern Orthodox monasteries in Greece.
The six monasteries are built on natural conglomerate pillars, at the northwestern edge of the Plain of Thessaly, near the Pineios river and the famous Pindus Mountain range.

Climbing Meteora and walking the same old paths the ascetic monks used to follow, will be a breathtaking experience.

We meet our guide in the parking of your hotel and with our mini bus we arrive to Kastraki. (2 hours driving)
From there we take all our climbing equipment and after a 5 min walk we arrive in the famous Dioubiani Rock.

With an amazing view, we start for the first few minutes talking about our equipment, skills and of course our safety.
On the rocks we trying a multi pitch rout, that leads us to the top , where we have time for photos before we start our rappelling down to the base.

We collect our equipment, discuss about our experience and organize our next one.

Don’t forget to pay a visit to two of the most important monasteries of Meteora: Megalo Meteoro and Varlaam.
