1. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is considered confirmed once True Adventure sends the client a final trip description including dates, final price, and included services.
To secure a booking, the following are required:
- A copy of each participant’s passport or ID
- Payment as follows:
- Day Activities: Full payment at the time of booking
- Multi-Day Tours: 30% deposit at the time of booking
- The remaining balance (70%) is due 30 days before the trip
After receiving the deposit and required documents, True Adventure will send a Trip Confirmation email. Once the final balance is received, a Full Payment Confirmation will be issued.
2. Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made less than 7 days before the trip start date are considered last-minute bookings. In these cases:
- Availability must be confirmed by the Company.
- Payment may be requested immediately.
- If the original invoice has already been issued, a separate invoice may be sent for additional participants or services.
3. Program Changes
True Adventure reserves the right to modify the itinerary or cancel activities when necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Inadequate physical condition of participants for the planned activity
- Insufficient number of participants (if a minimum group size is required)
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions
All decisions regarding program changes are made by True Adventure and the Trip Leader/Guide in the interest of participant safety. Any additional costs resulting from alternative arrangements may be the responsibility of the client.

6. Weather or Activity Cancellation
If an activity cannot operate due to weather or other unforeseen conditions:
- True Adventure will attempt to reschedule the activity.
- If rescheduling is not possible, an alternative activity may be offered.
- If neither option is suitable, a full refund for the activity will be provided, provided the decision is agreed no later than the evening before the scheduled activity.
7. Health Issues or Travel Restrictions
If a participant cannot travel due to government travel restrictions or a verified contagious illness, True Adventure may issue a credit voucher for a future trip.
